We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, and payment information (processed by Stripe). We also collect usage data including tool runs, scan results, and CRM data you input.
Your tool inputs are processed through the Anthropic Claude API. Inputs are not stored by Anthropic beyond the API call. We store your tool session history in our database for your reference.
We use JWT authentication, bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS, and Row Level Security on our PostgreSQL database. API keys are never exposed to the browser.
You can export all your data from Settings > Data & Privacy. You can request account deletion at any time. Contact privacy@forgeranking.ai.
