ForgeRanking.ai, operated by N8Money Ventures, collects: account information (name, email, company), Google Search Console data you authorize, website URLs you analyze, payment information processed via Stripe, usage analytics, and device/browser information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: deliver SEO and PPC intelligence services, process keyword research and site audits, generate content briefs and competitor analyses, run affiliate fraud scans, process subscription payments, send product updates, and improve our AI models using aggregated, anonymized data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with: Stripe for payment processing, Google for Search Console integration, Resend for transactional email, Sentry for error monitoring, and as required by law. Aggregated benchmarking data may be used in industry reports without identifying individual users.

4. Data Security

We use TLS 1.3 encryption, secure cloud hosting on Render and Railway, environment-based secret management, and regular security audits. Google Search Console tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from your account settings.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Historical SEO data and reports are retained for 2 years. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

You may: access, correct, or delete your personal data, export your reports and keyword lists, revoke Google Search Console access, opt out of marketing emails, and request a copy of all data we hold. Contact privacy@forgeranking.ai to exercise these rights.
