14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions (Starter $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, Agency $399/mo) include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@forgeranking.ai with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Non-Refundable

API overage charges, consumed AI credits beyond the guarantee period, and annual plan refunds after 14 days are non-refundable. Annual plans may receive prorated credit at our discretion.

Disputes

Contact billing@forgeranking.ai before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
