1. Acceptance

By using ForgeRanking.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

ForgeRanking.ai provides AI-powered marketing intelligence tools including SEO analysis, PPC optimization, data integrity scanning, and CRM features.

3. Accounts & Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits are consumed per tool use and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ForgeRanking.ai for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to abuse the AI tools. Automated scraping of the platform is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ForgeRanking.ai provides marketing intelligence tools on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on tool outputs.
