1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForgeRanking.ai, operated by N8Money Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ForgeRanking.ai provides AI-powered SEO and PPC intelligence tools for small and medium businesses.

2. Description of Service

ForgeRanking.ai is a SaaS platform offering 12 AI-powered marketing tools including keyword research, site auditing, competitor analysis, content brief generation, PPC optimization, affiliate fraud scanning, Google Search Console integration, and automated outreach via LinkForge AutoPilot. Plans start at $49/month.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your credentials. Sharing accounts between organizations is prohibited. Agency plan users may manage sub-accounts for clients.

4. Subscription and Billing

We offer four tiers: Free ($0/mo, 100 credits), Starter ($49/mo, 500 credits), Pro ($149/mo, 2000 credits), and Agency ($399/mo, 10000 credits). Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ForgeRanking.ai to: scrape or redistribute our data, conduct SEO spam or black-hat link building, manipulate search engine results fraudulently, reverse-engineer our AI models, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in abusive behavior.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our tools, including content briefs, keyword lists, and reports. We retain aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services. Third-party data from Google Search Console is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

ForgeRanking.ai, its logos, AI models, algorithms, and all platform content are the intellectual property of N8Money Ventures. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

N8Money Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue from SEO or PPC decisions made based on our data. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Integrations

ForgeRanking.ai integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Shopify, and payment processors. Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or data accuracy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
